Nicole Shultz-Price

Nicole is a trial attorney at Devine, Millimet & Branch, PA who has been practicing law for nearly twenty years.  Many of those years she has spent counseling clients which include hospitals and medical providers, businesses, and individuals in matters involving medical malpractice, professional liability, business disputes, probate, and other types of disputes, helping them understand the litigation process, potential resolutions, and risks so they can make decisions that best meet their goals.

 

Nicole is also the former First Assistant (Deputy) County Attorney of the largest felony prosecution office in this State, the Hillsborough County Attorney’s Office.

 

When not practicing law, you will typically find her cheering on her children at a baseball or softball diamond, dance competition, or other sporting event! Nicole and her husband devote much of their time to developing and supporting youth sports in our greater community.  She is currently the Vice President of NH Comets Softball, a Hopkinton Softball coach, and a Board of Director for two other non-profit organizations in our State.
